Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/IR position in South Carolina, requiring 2 years of experience and a SC or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) setting, including IR holding department
• Adult patient population with a variety of cardiac and disease processes
• Procedural area encompassing pre- and post-procedure care
• Primary schedule is 4x9-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday), with occasional 5x8-hour shifts as needed
• Rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday call required
• Required skills include IV starts, circulating, telemetry, and conscious sedation
• Hemodynamic monitoring and PACS experience preferred
• Meditech EMR in use
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active SC RN license or compact license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates with background hits or licensure actions will not be considered
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
