Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring recent trauma experience and a NH or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in an Endoscopy Center environment
- Daytime shift, 40 hours per week
- No weekend or holiday shifts required
- Patient care spans the full pre-procedure and post-anesthesia recovery process
Requirements
- Active NH or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
- Experience with patient admissions, assessments, IV insertion, medication administration, procedural preparation, and post-anesthesia recovery monitoring
- 2 manager references required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Collaborates closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary staff to deliver safe, patient-centered care
- Responsible for patient assessments and monitoring throughout the pre-procedure and recovery phases
