Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a 13-week travel contract at a critical access hospital, with first-time travelers welcome and Epic EMR experience required.

Details

  • Critical access hospital setting with 23 staffed beds
  • X-Ray department with a 1:1 patient ratio
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • No weekends, on-call, or block scheduling required
  • Charting via Epic EMR
  • Free parking on-site

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of X-Ray Tech experience required; first-time travelers are welcome
  • Active Radiology Technologist license (license required if applicable)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
  • Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
  • Scrubs may be any color; OR/L&D scrubs are provided
  • Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; requests should be disclosed upfront as post-offer changes may be denied
  • First-time travelers are eligible to apply for this position
