Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a 13-week travel contract at a critical access hospital, with first-time travelers welcome and Epic EMR experience required.
Details
- Critical access hospital setting with 23 staffed beds
- X-Ray department with a 1:1 patient ratio
- 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- No weekends, on-call, or block scheduling required
- Charting via Epic EMR
- Free parking on-site
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of X-Ray Tech experience required; first-time travelers are welcome
- Active Radiology Technologist license (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification
- Epic EMR experience required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
- Scrubs may be any color; OR/L&D scrubs are provided
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; requests should be disclosed upfront as post-offer changes may be denied
- First-time travelers are eligible to apply for this position
