Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a day shift contract at a community hospital in the Morrisville/Stowe, VT area.

Community hospital setting in the Morrisville/Stowe, Vermont area
MRI department performing diagnostic imaging
3x12-hour day shifts per week, scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
13-week contract

Requirements

ARRT (MRI) certification required
Current VT state license required if applicable
Experience operating MRI equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes

Additional Information

Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment, explaining procedures to patients, positioning and immobilizing patients on the exam table, and observing patients during scans under physician direction
Reviews and evaluates computer-generated images to assess diagnostic quality
Applies safety measures and protective devices to ensure patient and staff safety
