Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN for a 10-hour day shift OR position in Colorado, requiring at least 1 year of CVOR experience and active CO or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital Operating Room, specifically the Cardiovascular OR (CVOR)
• CVOR RNs will circulate or scrub in the CVOR and/or circulate in the main ORs
• Schedule consists of 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week, 40 hours per week
• On-call is required, with 21 CVOR call shifts in a 9-week schedule
• Floating to other OR departments may be required based on business need
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required
• Associate's degree (ASN) from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required — must not expire prior to start
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include circulating and/or scrubbing in CVOR and general OR cases
• Former permanent employees of any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• BSN is preferred but not required
