Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Iowa requiring at least 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency, caring for cardiac, trauma, and neuro patients.
Details
- ICU setting caring for cardiac, trauma, and neuro patient populations
- Shifts available at 36 or 48 hours per week
- Epic EMR required
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and CPI
- TNCC preferred; required if extending the contract
- Epic EMR experience required
- One supervisory performance evaluation or professional reference from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates who were employed by the facility within the 12 months prior may be subject to refusal
- Travelers are required to work 2 of the following 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
- RTO during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday windows is limited to 1 day per window (11/26–11/30 and 12/23–1/2)
