Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a rehab therapy services assignment in Miles City, MT.

Details

• Rehab Therapy Services unit at an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
• 14-week contract assignment
• Ultrasound experience is preferred
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience, preferably in a clinic setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required; Doctorate preferred
• Current, valid state PT license required — license required if applicable
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association required (must not expire prior to start)
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred
• Ultrasound experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, organizational, and analytical skills required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions
• Develops individualized treatment plans, performs therapeutic interventions, and monitors patient progress toward goals
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
