Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of experience and C-Arm proficiency for a 13-week orthopedic clinic assignment in Zephyrhills, FL.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting specializing in adult reconstruction, foot/ankle, spine, hand, and upper extremity cases
• 17-room facility with a caseload of 50–70 x-rays per tech per day
• Equipment includes Sedecal x-ray systems; EMR is Epic with GE PACS
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend or call requirements
• Float availability within the west region may be required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent radiology technologist experience
• Current BLS (AHA only) and ARRT certification required
• Proficiency with C-Arm, including fluoroscopy for injections, is required
• Orthopedic imaging experience preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR and GE PACS preferred
• License required if applicable
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible (Florida radius rule)

Additional Information

• Perform x-ray imaging for orthopedic patients including adult reconstruction, spine, foot/ankle, hand, and upper extremity cases
• All certifications must be AHA-issued; American Red Cross certifications are not accepted
• Collaborative team environment within a high-volume orthopedic and sports medicine institute
• Scrubs required; any scrub color is acceptable
• Local candidates are not eligible for this position
