Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience, Epic proficiency, and prior travel nursing experience.
Details
- 13-week contract in a hospital Emergency Department
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Every 3rd weekend required
- Every other holiday (EOH) required
- Epic EMR used
- May be required to float within skill set to other units on-site or to facilities within 40 miles
Requirements
- Active WI or Compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, and MOAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Required documentation for consideration: full SSN and DOB, 2 professional references, copies of certifications, license verification/Nursys, Driver's License, and skills checklist
Additional Information
- Local candidates will be considered; however, a reduced pay rate may apply depending on proximity to the facility
- COVID vaccination is not required by this facility
