Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Nurse Manager for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in Stayton, Oregon, requiring an active OR RN license and at least 2 years of experience.

• Salaried position with 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Active Oregon (OR) RN license required; exception licensing may be available
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Nursing degree required; BSN not required
• Experience in staff management, department standards, and performance improvement
• Ability to perform bedside care and cover Charge RN responsibilities as needed

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include managing L&D unit staff, maintaining department standards, and leading performance improvement initiatives
• Must be able to step in for bedside care or serve as Charge RN when the situation requires
• Any color scrubs are acceptable; must be clean and professional
