Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week day shift assignment at a busy community hospital, requiring 2+ years of IR experience and active ARRT certification.

Details

• Community hospital setting with a busy ED, OR, and outpatient facility in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• Interventional Radiology department with 220 licensed beds
• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic (charting experience required)
• No floating required
• No rotating shifts required
• Call is optional

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
• Active ARRT certification required; certifications must be AHA only
• Active MA state license required; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions are accepted
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Primary responsibility includes assisting the physician as a scrub RT during interventional radiology procedures
• Timekeeping is done through UKG/Kronos
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but will be offered a reduced rate
• Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public parking is available nearby at a daily cost, and public transportation is accessible
