Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 20-week travel contract working Monday through Friday daytime hours.
Details
- Home health setting using a home care-based model
- Adult patient population requiring skilled physical therapy services
- Caseload of 6 patient visits per day
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required; home health experience preferred
- Adult health care experience required
- Current MD PT state license required; license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license and SSN card required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
