Description
American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for an outpatient imaging position requiring ARRT (M) and (R) certifications with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- Outpatient imaging setting
- Mammography unit with cross-utilization; mammographer provides X-ray coverage during the X-ray technologist's lunch break
- 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- ARRT (M) and ARRT (R) certifications required
- Current BLS required
- CA state license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of mammography experience required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
- Copies of all certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- Performs mammography exams and provides X-ray coverage as needed
- Former employees of this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
