Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced EP RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position at an acute care hospital in Orlando, FL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of EP experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

  • Position is located in the Cardiac Cath Lab (EP) unit of a 64-bed acute care hospital in Orlando, FL
  • Hospital is part of the HCA Healthcare system and operates in partnership with a university academic health program
  • Facility offers a full cardiac catheterization lab along with advanced surgical and diagnostic services
  • 13-week travel contract
  • Shift hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour days)

Requirements

  • Active FL or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent EP/Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience required
  • US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
  • Two professional references required (due to FL state requirement)
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Provide electrophysiology nursing care within a cardiac catheterization lab setting
  • Facility is adjacent to a university college of medicine, reflecting an academic health environment
