Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with 2+ years of experience and OR and fluoroscopy experience for a travel assignment at a Level III Trauma Center in Washington State.

Details

• Works in a 104-bed short-term acute care, Level III Trauma Center
• Day shifts, 5x8 hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends required
• On-call required for some weekday backup and OR call coverage
• 1:1 patient ratio
• General radiographer duties with OR and fluoroscopy experience
• Charting via Epic (required)
• Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray)
• OR and fluoroscopy experience required
• Active Washington State Radiologic Technologist license required — license must be in hand at time of consideration
• Current ARRT certification required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform general radiographer duties including OR and fluoroscopy imaging
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact candidacy
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• No parking fee at this facility
• Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty are required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
