Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with 2+ years of experience and OR and fluoroscopy experience for a travel assignment at a Level III Trauma Center in Washington State.
Details
- Works in a 104-bed short-term acute care, Level III Trauma Center
- Day shifts, 5x8 hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends required
- On-call required for some weekday backup and OR call coverage
- 1:1 patient ratio
- General radiographer duties with OR and fluoroscopy experience
- Charting via Epic (required)
- Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray)
- OR and fluoroscopy experience required
- Active Washington State Radiologic Technologist license required — license must be in hand at time of consideration
- Current ARRT certification required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Perform general radiographer duties including OR and fluoroscopy imaging
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live more than 50 miles from the facility
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact candidacy
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
- No parking fee at this facility
- Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty are required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
