Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric RN for a 13-week night shift travel contract at an inpatient acute rehabilitation pediatric unit in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- 12-bed inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Pediatric Unit serving patients from newborn to young adult
- Night shift schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 4 nights per week
- Every other weekend required
- 32 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- EMR: Epic (charting)
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS certification required — must be AHA only
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
- Primary source verification of professional license required (both NURSYS and BON)
- Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide acute rehabilitation nursing care to a pediatric patient population ranging from newborn to young adult
- Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos
- No validated parking available at Boston location — public parking lots available at approximately $17–$22 per day; public transportation is recommended
- Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
