Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need Labor & Delivery position in California, requiring an active CA RN license and at least one year of recent L&D experience.

Details

• Night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required — must be in hand at time of consideration (pending licensure not accepted)
• Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required — must be active at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent L&D experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
• 1 year of high-risk OB/L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred

• Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of cumulative assignment time without a minimum 90-day break, regardless of whether worked continuously or across multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
