Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Circulating OR role at an outpatient surgery center, requiring at least 1 year of OR experience and prior travel nursing experience.
Details
- Outpatient surgery center operating room setting
- Circulating RN role in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No call, night, weekend, or holiday shifts required
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience with at least 1 year of OR-specific experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Ability to ambulate, reach, and lift/move objects weighing 20 lbs or more
- 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Serves as the circulating RN during surgical procedures in an outpatient setting
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront
- Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be subject to a reduced pay rate
- First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
