Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology travel assignment in Gainesville, FL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience and an active FL or compact RN license.
Details
- Interventional Radiology unit within a 432-bed acute care hospital in Gainesville, FL
- Procedures performed include angios, stenting, embolization, thrombectomy, biopsy, and drainages
- Meditech EMR system
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 26-week contract
Requirements
- Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Two professional references required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

- Part of North Florida Regional Healthcare, an HCA-affiliated health system offering comprehensive cardiovascular, oncology, orthopedic, neuroscience, and surgical services
- Facility is a certified Primary Stroke Center and a Joint Commission Quality Top Performer
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- First-time travelers are not specifically excluded, but 2 years of critical care experience is required
