Description
American Traveler is hiring a traveling Occupational Therapist with experience in lymphedema, manual therapy, and hand therapy for a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Michigan.
Details
- Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation clinic setting
- Patient diagnoses include lymphedema, cognitive evaluation/treatment, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions
- Daily patient load of 10–11 patients
- Primarily adult patient population; adolescent experience preferred
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- No call or weekend requirements
- Float to other sites may be required in the event of low patient census
- Epic EMR used; experience required
Requirements
- Active Michigan OT state license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- Experience with lymphedema, manual therapy, and hand therapy required
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Provide outpatient OT services including lymphedema treatment, cognitive evaluation and treatment, and musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation
