Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 13-week contract
- Radiology Special Procedures unit focused on providing IV sedation to patients across radiology services
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the specialty
- Radiology RN experience preferred; ICU, ER, or PACU background required if no radiology experience
- Driver's License required for consideration
Additional Information
- Administers IV sedation to patients undergoing radiology procedures
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is accepted
