Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a short-term acute care teaching hospital in Oregon, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active CCI RCIS or ARRT/OBMI licensure.

Details

  • Short-term acute care teaching hospital with 536 beds
  • Cath Lab unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
  • EP experience is a key component of this role
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
  • Charting in Epic (experience required)
  • Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience
  • Active CCI RCIS or ARRT certification with Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) licensure; candidates with an active Radiology Technologist license from another state who have applied or will apply for Oregon OBMI licensure may also be considered
  • Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • License required if applicable
  • Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Scrubs are provided for Cath Lab staff
  • No parking fee at this facility
  • Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
  • Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact candidacy
  • First-time travelers will be considered for this position
