Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital-based IR setting.
Details
- Hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit
- Day shifts, 4x10 hours, 6:50 AM to 5:20 PM
- No call anticipated
- No floating required
- Documentation via MiChart (Epic)
- Procedures include fluoroscopy and room circulator/scrub roles
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
- ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
- Proficiency with PACS and fluoroscopy required
- Experience as a room circulator and scrub tech required
- Sterile technique and infection control competency required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are accepted for this position
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Candidates who have been employed by this facility or any of its affiliated facilities within the last 12 months are not eligible to apply
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
- A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
- All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
