Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IMC/Stepdown position requiring a minimum of one year of critical care experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Intermediate Medical Care Unit (IMCU) / Stepdown setting in a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Some weekend availability required
• Holiday coverage required
• 13-week assignment with possibility of extension

Requirements

• Active RN license in Georgia (GA) or a Compact state currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum one year of recent critical care or ICU experience required
• Proficiency in intermediate care (FM - Intermediate level)
• IV insertion skills required
• Lab draws and sample collection experience required
• Experience titrating critical drips required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs are required and are not provided by the facility
• Minimal to no RTO (time off requests) will be considered for this assignment
• Candidates residing within 30 miles of the facility will not be considered for this position
• Candidates residing between 31–50 miles from the facility are subject to a reduced travel pay rate
