Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 4+ years of experience, including Nuclear Cardiology and hospital settings, for a Monday–Friday day shift contract.
Details
- Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine unit serving adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Procedures include MUGA scans, PYP scans, and exercise/pharmacological (Lexiscan) stress studies
- Experience with clinics and Nuclear Cardiology required
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8-hour day shifts)
- Epic EMR used; experience preferred
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
- Current BLS and CNMT certification required
- Hospital experience required
- Experience with adult patients, clinics, and Nuclear Cardiology required
- State license required if applicable
- Epic charting experience preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Perform MUGA scans, PYP scans, and exercise/pharmacological stress studies as part of daily responsibilities
- One RTO request will be considered
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
