Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract at a 47-bed acute care facility in Los Alamos, NM, requiring 2+ years of MRI experience and ARRT (MRI) certification.
Details
- Work in the MRI department of a 47-bed acute care hospital serving as a major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico
- Equipment includes a 1.5T GE 16-channel MRI scanner
- Day shift schedule with 40 hours per week
- No weekend hours or on-call requirements
- No float requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- ARRT (MRI) registration required
- AHA certifications required
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- License required if applicable
- Cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
Additional Information
- Weekly orientations are conducted for new travelers
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for this position
- Report to Patient Access at 8:00 AM on the first day
- Employee parking is available on-site
