Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Tele Resource Pool position in Des Moines, IA, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a willingness to float across multiple med/surg units.
Details
- Resource Pool position within a hospital setting, floating across multiple med/surg floors including Ortho, Med/Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med/Surg Tele units
- Floating to a secondary campus approximately 9.5 miles away is required
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Current NIHSS certification required
- ACLS certification (AHA) required
- TNCC certification required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Additional Information
- Every other holiday coverage is required
- COVID vaccination card required for consideration
