Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level 3/4 night shift travel contract in Worcester, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and NRP certification.
Details
- NICU setting at an acute care hospital in Worcester, MA
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
- 36 hours per week
- Level 3 or 4 NICU patient population
- Epic EMR — prior experience required
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU
- Current certifications required: BLS and NRP
- Prior Epic EMR experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration, one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
- Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- A pass/fail medication exam is administered during in-person orientation — only one attempt is allowed, and a failed exam will result in immediate contract cancellation; study materials will be provided
- A pass/fail EKG test is also required as part of orientation
- Candidates with any prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license will not be considered
