Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with pediatric and adult experience for evening/night shifts at an academic Level 1 Trauma Center in Madison, WI.
Details
- Academic Level 1 Trauma Center hospital setting
- Respiratory therapy unit covering multiple campus locations in Madison, WI
- Pediatric and adult patient population
- 3x12-hour evening/night shifts (19:00–07:30)
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Some holiday coverage required
- One on-call shift every 6-week scheduling period
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required — license required if applicable
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- BLS required (AHA only)
- Graduation from a COARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a staff respiratory therapist
- Pediatric and adult clinical experience required
- Experience in an academic Level 1 Trauma Center or similarly sized facility required
