Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in an outpatient/inpatient physical therapy setting with a day shift schedule and no call requirement.
Details
- Physical Therapy unit in a hospital setting
- Shift schedule: Monday/Wednesday 10:30am–7:00pm, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm (2 late days closing at 7:00pm are required; schedule open to some negotiation)
- 13-week contract
- No call requirement
- Day shift position
Requirements
- Current PT license required (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
- Experience with the facility's EMR system required
Additional Information
- DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention) certification required; can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC resource
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification will be conducted within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration
