Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position working night shifts at a New Jersey hospital, requiring at least 2 years of Level 2 L&D experience and ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications.

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
Weekend and holiday coverage required
AWHONN standards are followed on this unit

Requirements

Active NJ or compact RN license required
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP (issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross; NALS also accepted)
AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required
Intermediate fetal monitoring skills required
Minimum 2 years of Level 2 Labor & Delivery experience required
Experience with the facility's EMR system required
DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Local candidates are welcome to apply
DCI/Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certification required — can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC NIOSH resource
