Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Oncology unit in Billings, MT, requiring at least 1 year of oncology experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

Details

  • Located at a regional hospital in Billings, MT
  • Medical Oncology unit
  • Night shift, 12-hour shifts (3 days per week, 36 hours per week)
  • Epic EMR used for charting
  • Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
  • On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required

Requirements

  • Active MT or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
  • Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Oncology RN experience required
  • ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required (must not expire prior to start)
  • ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for unit required (AHA-issued, must not expire prior to start)
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for oncology patients
  • Performs health teaching, counseling, and ongoing health status evaluation
  • Executes delegated medical functions, patient referrals, and monitors treatment plans
  • Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
  • Candidates who have worked permanently at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible

My phone showed her number as spam and I think blocked some of the texts I wish it hadn't have done that but that was nothing on her end all on mine so make sure that you have your settings to allow the calls and texts from spam
