Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Billings, MT, requiring a Montana or compact RN license and at least 1 year of ICU experience.
Details
- ICU position within a regional hospital setting
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hrs/week)
- 13-week contract
- Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
- On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
- Charting via Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active MT or compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
- Current AHA BLS required; must not expire prior to assignment start
- ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for unit
- ASN from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards
- Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans, referring patients as needed for further evaluation
- Performs health teaching, counseling, and delegates medical functions within scope
- Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
- Two references required for consideration
