Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring telemetry interpretation skills and a valid WI or compact RN license.

Details

Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Every other weekend required
May float to the IMCU (stepdown) unit based on skill set

Requirements

Active WI or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required prior to interview
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele experience
Ability to independently interpret and sign off on telemetry strips
Two supervisor references required: one from current or most recent assignment (at time of consideration), and one from the second most recent assignment (required within 1 week of start)
