Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring telemetry experience and a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience.

Details

• Hospital Med/Surg unit setting
• Telemetry monitoring required, including reading and interpreting telemetry
• Uses Epic EMR
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Floating may be required within skill set to other units onsite or to facilities within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience required (ability to read telemetry)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
• Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
• 13-week assignment
