Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring telemetry background and a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience.

Details

• Hospital Med/Surg unit setting
• Telemetry monitoring is part of patient care (must be able to read tele)
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Epic EMR used
• Floating may be required within skill set, onsite or to facilities within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued only)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry background required (ability to read telemetry)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Copy of certifications and license verification/Nursys required for consideration

Additional Information

• Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
