Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical position in a hospital surgical unit in Wisconsin, requiring at least 2 years of experience and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

Hospital-based Nursing Surgical Unit
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
13-week contract
Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
Floating may be required within skill set to other units on-site or to facilities within 40 miles

Requirements

Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
ACLS certification preferred (AHA-issued)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

Provides nursing care to surgical patients in an acute hospital setting

COVID vaccination is not required for this position
