Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position on a 30-bed Stroke and Urology unit, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Work on the 4 South Surgical Nursing unit, a 30-bed Stroke and Urology unit
- Day shift schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- 13-week contract
- Epic EMR used for charting
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Driver's License required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multi-disciplinary care, and managing discharge planning
- Navy or maroon scrubs required
- Local candidates are accepted; a radius rule applies and may affect the travel pay rate — contact your recruiter for details
