Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging department, requiring ARRT or ARMRIT MR certification and GE scanner experience.

Details

• MRI department in an acute care hospital setting
• Monday through Friday, 1st shift with typical start times of 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM; 10-hour shift schedules may be considered
• On-call required based on department needs, currently averaging 1–2 shifts per week Monday through Friday until 11:00 PM, and every 3rd–4th weekend from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Holiday on-call coverage required as needed
• May be required to float within skill set onsite or to nearby facilities within 40 miles
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience
• ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification required
• Active Wisconsin state license required at the time of consideration; license required if applicable
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
• GE scanner experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US domestic home address

• Perform MRI imaging procedures across a range of patient needs within the department's scope
