Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology/Cath Lab position requiring 2 years of experience, ACLS certification, and an active SC or compact RN license.

Details

• Interventional Radiology/Cath Lab setting within a hospital environment
• Also covers the IR holding department, including pre- and post-procedure care
• Adult patient population with a variety of disease processes
• Primary schedule is 4x9-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional 5x8-hour shifts as needed
• Rotating evening, night, and weekend call required
• Holiday call rotation required
• Meditech EMR in use
• PACS experience is preferred

Requirements

• Active SC RN license or compact license with SC privileges currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab required
• Required skills: IV insertion, circulating, telemetry, and conscious sedation
• Hemodynamic monitoring experience required
• TB test required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Clean background with no background hits or licensure actions
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
