Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) position in Flowood, MS, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and advanced certifications including NRP and fetal monitoring.
Details
- Day shift position, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit in an acute care hospital setting
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MS or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, Advanced NRP, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
- All certifications must remain active with no expiration within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- Valid US driver's license required for consideration
- US Social Security Number required — Canadian SIN not accepted
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
- First-time travelers are not specifically excluded, but 2+ years of recent L&D experience is required
