Description
American Traveler is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with SNF/LTC experience for a 13-week travel contract at a long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Seattle, WA.
Details
- Long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Seattle, WA
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week (8:00–16:30); 4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated
- Patient ratio of 1:15–25
- 13-week contract
- Charting via Net Solutions EMR
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
- Free parking on-site
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent SNF and/or LTC physical therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active PT license required (pending license accepted)
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
- Local candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not be within 50 miles of the facility
- Black scrubs required
- RTO is minimal; a few days may be approved, but significant RTO requests may impact consideration
- Candidates must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility (location and dates) as part of the application process
