Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a rapid response travel contract at a community hospital in Benton, AR, requiring 1+ year of experience and ARRT or RCIS certification.
Details
- Position is based in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a 177-bed community hospital offering a broad range of services including cardiology, neurology, ortho, ED, imaging, rehab, and more
- Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Weekend hours are call only; call rotation includes holidays
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) required
- Cath Lab Techs must meet one of the following licensure requirements: (1) Radiologic Technologist registered by ARRT and holding an Arkansas State Department of Health License for Radiologic Technologist, or (2) Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) holding an Arkansas State Department of Health Limited Specialty License
- License required if applicable
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Team-oriented personality and collaborative work style
Additional Information
- This is a rapid response position — candidates must be available to start within 7–10 days of offer acceptance
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Benton, AR is located halfway between Little Rock and Hot Springs, near the Saline River and Longhills Golf Club
