Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract requiring ARRT or NMTCB, ACLS, and SCRQSA certifications.
Details
- Interventional Radiology unit serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Minimally invasive IR procedures performed
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Alternating weekends required
- Call rotation included
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
- ARRT or NMTCB certification required
- BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS (AHA) required
- SCRQSA certification required
- License required if applicable
- Proficiency with sterile technique required
- Must be able to properly position patients and perform radiographic examinations
- Must be familiar with and able to operate all radiographic equipment
Additional Information
- Responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
- Duties include patient care, supplies management, and equipment maintenance
- Expected to maintain continuing education and participate in in-service programs
