Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital setting, requiring 1+ year of experience and current NBCOT certification.
Details
- 13-week travel contract
- Acute care hospital setting
- Day shift, 5x8 hours with variable start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Start times may flex to 9:00–9:30 AM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to accommodate shoulder surgery schedules
- One weekend day shift per month required as part of a rotating schedule
- No on-call requirement
- Patient ratio of 1:7–9
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Requirements
- Current OT license required if applicable
- NBCOT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant acute care OT experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Solid color scrubs required — no prints; 10 approved colors available
- Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required
