Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring both scrub and circulate experience with on-call responsibilities.

Details

Hospital operating room setting
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed
Active call rotation: Monday–Thursday on call, 7 days off call, then Friday–Sunday on call
Weekend requirements limited to call-back only
Both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities required
Pre-op and post-op experience is a plus
13-week contract

Requirements

Active AR RN license or compact RN license required
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
Both scrub and circulate experience required
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

Two professional references required for consideration
Callback volume has been approximately 10 calls from January to present, indicating a moderate on-call demand
Candidate may be asked to float in accordance with their clinical experience
Pre-op and post-op experience is considered a plus but not required
