Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN - OR Circulator for a 13-week assignment in Salt Lake City, UT, requiring da Vinci Robotics and orthopedic experience with on-call responsibilities.

Details

• Operating Room (OR) setting within a main hospital tower, second floor
• Trauma Level II facility with 13 ORs and 80+ FTEs on staff
• Performs a wide range of surgical procedures, excluding LVADs, transplants, and pediatric cases under 14 years of age
• da Vinci Robotic surgery and orthopedic cases are core to this role
• Shift hours are 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• On-call required, averaging 3–6 call shifts per month
• Epic EMR is used at this facility

Requirements

• Active UT or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment)
• Minimum 2 years of OR/surgical nursing experience
• Experience with da Vinci Robotics required
• Orthopedic surgical experience required
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Role functions as an OR Circulator in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Vascular experience is preferred and candidates with this background will be prioritized
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
