Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray Tech with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ARRT (R) certification.
Details
- X-Ray Tech role within a Radiology/Cardiology unit
- 4x10 hour night shifts, 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM
- Weekend coverage required as needed
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of X-Ray/Radiology experience required; 3+ years preferred
- Active ARRT (R) certification required — strictly enforced
- Valid Driver's License required for consideration
- Active state or compact license required if applicable — no pending licensure accepted
- Must have at least one completed prior travel assignment; first-time travelers are not accepted unless candidate has 3+ years of experience
- Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
Additional Information
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and will not be approved if added afterward
- If 2 or 3 end-of-year holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) fall within the assignment period, travelers are expected to work at least 1–2 of those holidays accordingly
- Former permanent or internal associate travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler
- Vaccination status must be provided
