Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a night shift assignment in a hospital-based general ultrasound setting.

Details

• Hospital-based general ultrasound unit
• Night shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM (4x10-hour shifts); schedule may be adjusted based on unit needs at time of interview
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience required across all specialties; 3+ years preferred
• Current BLS and ARDMS certification required
• Active state or compact license required, if applicable
• Valid Driver's License required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• At least one completed prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers are not eligible

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position; at least one prior completed travel assignment is required
• Candidates who were previously employed at the facility must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must live more than 100 miles from the facility
• If Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's fall within the assignment period, the traveler must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 holidays; if only 2 of the 3 fall within the assignment, at least 1 must be worked
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and will not be approved if not listed at the time of initial consideration
• Vaccination status documentation is required
