Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel assignment at a Level II Special Care Nursery in Kennewick, WA, requiring at least 2 years of experience and cross-training in both NICU and OB.

Details

• Level II Special Care Nursery (NICU) at a 111-bed teaching hospital in Kennewick, WA
• This unit supports OB coverage as well and requires cross-training in both NICU and OB — only candidates trained in both areas will be considered
• Night shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract
• Float requirement: may be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license accepted
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Cross-training and experience in both NICU and OB required
• AHA certifications required
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Additional Information

• Candidate must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
• Active licensure verification (Nursys) required at time of consideration
• Hospital is a teaching facility serving the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland) in southeastern Washington
